Time Warner seeking new digs
Time Warner chief financial officer John Martin stated Thursday the storied media company may proceed to new digs outdoors of NY City because it consolidates work place to chop costs. Rents on a number of qualities, include Time Warner Center in Columbus Circle, expire later this decade and also the conglom is searching to maneuver into a number of bigger spaces. "We can not just limit it to NY City,'' Martin stated in a Citigroup media conference in Bay Area. "Regrettably, operating in NY City is very costly so we are aggressive about searching around in a variety of places to determine where we are able to obtain the best deal.''
